VIRTUAL: HeartMath® Gathering
Led by HearthMath® Certified Mentor, Patricia Scott.
The HeartMath® Gathering will be offered thru Zoom! You will receive a link the day of the Gathering to allow you to sign into it.
The HeartMath® Gathering is for those who have taken either the Introduction to HeartMath® or Building Personal Resilience™ programs with Patricia.
Our purpose in coming together is to create a community that supports each other and our HeartMath® practice, celebrates our successes and examines our frustrations.
Each Gathering will also deepen our understanding with the presentation of a topic related to the practice and participant needs. The topics vary with each session.
If a participant has the Inner Balance Trainer, or any of the other technology available through HeartMath®, please bring your technology to the session. The Inner Balance Trainer, or any other technology, is not required to attend the Gathering.
The Gathering meets on Sunday January 23, 2022 | 2 - 3:30 pm
