Full Moon Heart-Based Meditation Retreat
In this two-hour, in s-studio or virtual retreat, we will slow down and take the opportunity to really nurture ourselves after this long pandemic period.
Allow some gentle yoga, breath practices, along with two effortless meditation (no experience required), and relaxation periods to fill you bak up, clear your mind, and inspire you to move forward in 2021.
Students will need a yoga mat, floor chair or chair, cushion or pillow and a blanket.
