Balanced Body / Pain-Free Body
Many chronic pain conditions are a result of muscular imbalances in the body. This class offers yoga postures and breathing techniques that address the imbalances caused by our movement habits and lifestyle. Students will learn information and practices that will assist them in relieving low back, leg, shoulder and neck pain. This class is part lecture and part experiential.
