Sarah found her way to her mat in 2011. Having just quit smoking, she knew that she needed to try something different, something healthy for herself. What a blessing! In 2014, she took her first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Karma Yoga and fell even more deeply in love with the practice. It was no longer simply about the asanas--the postures we experience during our time on the mat--that attracted her. Her passion quickly grew into a need to study, learn, practice all aspects of yoga. This desire to learn more of the ancient practice compelled her to take her second 200 hour Teacher Training in 2016. It is with a grateful heart that she shares the gifts that others have given her.
