Originating thousands of years ago in India, Ayurveda (Ayur, life + Veda, science/knowledge) stresses the importance of balancing three energies or doshas: Vata (air and space), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (water and earth). This "science of life" embodies the universal truth that where there is balance, there is health, and where there is imbalance, there is disease.  Ayurveda addresses the root cause of stress and disease through individualized prescriptions, which recognize that we are all innately unique.  It celebrates the many ways we can sustain our path of good health, healing and enlightenment.

Seasonal Cleanse

Join us for a wonderful opportunity to feel great, lose weight and relieve many nagging health symptoms. This is a whole foods cleanse with options for every level of cleansing.  It's open to first time cleansers as well as experts!

The Spring and the Fall Renewal Cleanse create an innovative approach to detoxing. We will integrate the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and the modern perspective of the live foods movement.
