Inspiration from Ramdesh

Sat Nam Dear Global Sadhana Community,

Dropping insecurity.  Moving beyond your blocks.  Strengthening your creative manifestation.  Sound good?  I think so, too.

This mantra is glorious, empowering, and will lift your spirits.  As you awaken this creative energy within you, you'll be in for a wild ride!

While we will be chanting for 11 minutes every day for 40 days as a group with a beautiful meditation (take a look at Nirinjan's video below for this easy to follow and elegant practice), you can keep it going, singing and chanting this mantra for as long as you would like throughout your day.  The experience of saturating yourself in the sound current is indescribable.  It can shift deep and long-help patterns.  It can move you through blocks entrenched within you for lifetimes.

If you have ever wanted to create something, but some part of you is holding you back, join us.  Want to write a book? Start your own business? Make a life shift?  Move into being an empowered parent? Stop letting your insecurities hold you back? This is Global Sadhana is for you.

See you in the Amrit Vela on May 17th!

Keeping Up with You,
Ramdesh Kaur

Meditation Instructions

"This mantra invokes the [Creativity] that is in each of us and that is the power of creative manifestation throughout the Universe. As you open your self to this constant creative becoming and movement of the Universe, you move naturally to drop insecurity, and move beyond blocks that come from a more limited perspective. In this meditation you sit with and embody the primal, constant creative power of the Universe."
~Gurucharan Singh

How to Do the Adi Shakti Meditation: Sit in easy pose or in a chair with a straight spine. Place your hands i front of the heart center with the arms parallel to the floor. Both palms face down with the left palm 2-3 inches above the right hand. Focus your eyes open or closed as you wish. Chant the mantra "Adi Shakti". Chant as long as you like. We love 11 minutes or more.
