The HeartMath® Building Personal Resilience™ program is a focused and practical program, combining personalized coaching with scientifically validated tools to help you self-regulate your body’s response to stress and build resilience.You will learn life long skills that you can use at any time to increase well-being, personal and professional performance and quality of life experience. What you will gain: more resilience and vitality; overall sense of well being; mental clarity and focus; improved relationships; increased composure in challenging situations; more effective communication.
After the program, participants report reduced: worry, overwhelm and feelings of anxiousness; sleeplessness and fatigue; generalized stress and physical symptoms of stress; miscommunications.
Taught by HeartMath® Certified Trainer & Coach and Martha Beck Certified Life Coach Patricia Scott, this is a four week deep dive into the techniques and skills that, with practice, transform your life for the better.

Class is held on 4 Sundays from 4:00-6:00PM. Dates: 1/23, 1/30, 2/20, 2/27.
Investment: $155 ($260 value) by January 8th ; $180 effective January 9th.
