IN STUDIO--Take Your Yoga to the Wall
Using the wall during our asana practice can be more than a deep restorative 60-90 minutes out of our day. When we practice at the wall, we learn how to align our bodies for optimal energy flow. We also engage different and sometimes more muscles than in “normal” practice. This increases strength. And most importantly, we gain support and stability that helps us deepen our experience of each pose. In this workshop you will align, strengthen, sink into a juicy asana practice.
Bring your yoga mat and props (blanket, blocks, strap if you have them).
